I also hope the seats provide additional functionality so that they might also allow for a co-pilot/engineer to manage the shields and such. Yeah, those two extra seats do appear to be for taking control of the remote turrets. There was too much style over function on previous ships. Well I hope they keep going down this path. Hmmm either the weapons got a lot beefer or just bad image when stretching. I assume that her wasted space (bottom gunner) won't be the same as her old ones. And the walk-way to them is bigger/wider. Also the images show the two extra seats behind the pilots, guessing they are both remote gunner seats). the images from last year, had her roughly the same size as the Previous in-game one. Then I hope the rear turret comes with an AI-blade stock so it's automated by default but can be controlled manually from the remote station as well (like on the Perseus). Here's hoping that CIG slaved that front turret to the pilot as every other ship with similar turret already does the same. So it's probably 1 pilot, 2 gunners, and 1 optional engineer/remote gunner. During a CAD they said that it "may or may not have 5 crew anymore" and it looks like they have now settled on a maximum of 4. Originally the Redeemer was built as a 3-man gunship but then CIG started talking about 5 people. I do see only 4 beds so it looks like CIG may have tuned the crew-size down a little bit. Not seeing any table with seats anymore though but here's hoping it will still turn out great in the end.

While the earlier sneakpeek was clearly recognizable as being from the original Redeemer, it appears that CIG didn't stick to the design for the rest of the ship and went more Vanguard style box module with existing Vanguard assets.
